Every May the London Wine Fair opens for its 3 day, trade only fair Since 2015 Wines Unearthed has been an integral and successful part of the London Wine Fair and is the place in the fair that buyers specifically come to look for new producers.

Your Stand:

A totally branded 3 sqm stand (including the name of your company, logo, country and stand number)
All the wine equipment you need (ISO glasses, ice, buckets, spittoon).

Sending you a +90 page document, “The Road Map to Export to the UK”, with everything you need to know about the UK market, how it's organised, the different segment, trends, and a price calculator. We help you to decide which specific sector is relevant for you to should sell your wines to. We include updated contacts of buyers and importers so you can select the ones that are interesting for you and invite them to visit you at the Fair.
Organising a market conference just for Wines Unearthed exhibitors, which is an essential part of the whole Wines Unearthed experience, and we oblige exhibitors to attend, so visitors know all our exhibitors have been prepared for the market. The ‘Road Map to Export’ conference is free of charge for our producers, with key speakers sharing their knowledge and views about the UK market. This is an essential and valuable part of exhibiting at Wines Unearthed, so don’t miss this opportunity

The Cost

A fully serviced, fully built and equipped 3 sqm stand is £2,800 +VAT + £195 for the Leads Optimisation Package - LOP (mandatory) for the 2025 Fair. Shared stands are available for two producers showing 5 wines each at £1,460 +VAT + £100 for the LOP per producer.
The Lead Optimisation Package Includes:
Scanner at the show including service to download leads
Dedicated social media post on LWF’s Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn handles on signing up to LWF, reaching over 23,000 LWF followers
Digital platform access to set up meetings
Bootlebooks exhibitor list inclusion and wine list upload
Unlimited staff passes
5 or 10 tickets to invite guests to the show
A page in the Wines Unearthed catalogue (in addition to an entry in the LWF catalogue and online on the LWF website)
Promotion of the area by us and the London Wine Fair + specific and targeted promotion about the WU producers to relevant importers

FEATURED NATION – AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GENERIC GROUPS:

Every year we try to have a featured region or a featured country. In the past we’ve had the Vermentino consortium from Sardinia, Wine Australia and Wines of Portugal. The featured nation benefits from additional PR and marketing support. There is a minimum number of stands required to gain this status, so please enquire. Other opportunities such as masterclasses and generic tastings can also be offered by the London Wine Fair.

ORGANIC PRODUCERS:

There are also specific stands dedicated to organic and biodynamic wine producers and strongly promoted as such to relevant buyers and visitors.
